The bus driver was just great! Very friendly and perfect customer service. My car stood in the current parking lot for 17 days. Cold weather, snow and ice. When i returned, the battery was dead. The shuttle bus driver and last employee of the sheraton music city helped me start the car. I had connecting cables and the models kindly helped. However, nothing strange, this is how we roll through the great state of tennessee - the state of volunteers! Southern hospitality in every detail!

To be honest, it was extremely easy. The shuttle runs every third of an hour, and the site is only within ten minutes. People didn't have to wait. Will definitely use again.

I've parked at the sheraton more than once and have never been satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff. The transfer schedule and constant lifetime ensure a very smooth and efficient operation every time.
